attendee reservation will require a one night stay deposit equal to the group rate plus tax. This deposit
will be charged to the individual's credit card at the time of booking. The deposit is refundable provided
the attendee cancels and only if notice is received 48 hours prior to arrival date. Any group attendee
who departs from the hotel earlier than their confirmed departure date will be charged an early
departure fee of $75.
